In October 2022 I was invited to the first edition of DesignFAO, where I had the opportunity to talk about my favourite subject: neurodiversity in the workplace and how it relates to UX.

Looking at the world through a Neurodivergent lens highlights the systemic issues that, as an industry, we've been complaining about for years. It makes them more obvious and it gives us the vocabulary to call them out. 

UX professionals are meant to cater for diverse ways of thinking without judgement, to design for everyone. Thus, we should be the perfect pioneers for real inclusivity.
