Vision, Culture, Impact
As a Product Design Director, I've led transformative initiatives across fintech, education, and communications companies, from innovative proof-of-concepts to legacy platforms with 4.5 million monthly users.
I've often focussed on shaping a future horizon vision to align and inspire the business, then established a sustainable approach to execute it, bespoke to the environment of the company.
My success is based on creating organised and productive inclusive environments, where diverse individuals can flex their strengths and thrive - by promoting open cultures and empathy-led communication that bridges across culture, discipline, age, and neurotype.
I don't rest until Product, Design, Tech and Data work together to create exceptional products.

I lead UX for the Language Learning business unit, which in 2024 reached £420m in sales and averaged at 4.5m monthly users.
I joined in the midst of a digital transformation and my first project was a UX-led future experience vision to consolidate our platforms and leverage AI to build a user-first environment, where language learners could evolve their proficiency based on their real life goals, for a lifetime of learning.
Over time I grew the team from 5 to 18 mixed UX professionals who work with Tech and Product in Agile collaborations across 11 product families, most of which are still inspired by the experience vision I first worked on.
