Showing up
When headspace allows, I like to be active in the tech and design industry and share in talks or articles about my many opinions on design, leadership and successful workplace culture.
It takes effort, but I feel it's important to show up and provide representation as a woman and neurodivergent professional in a leadership role, since they are both still a distinct minority.
